What are my responsibilities as a tenant?
Your individual responsibilities are dependent upon your individual lease agreement. You can refer to your contract for specific responsibilities. In general, you may be responsible for repairs and maintenance, insurance, pest control, and utilities.
Can I make modifications to my space?
Please refer to your lease agreement.
I am responsible for maintenance and repairs to my space. Do I have to use approved vendors?
DeLille | Field, on behalf of the Landlord, reserves the right to approve the contractor in repairs in excess of an agreed upon amount. Most lease agreements commit the tenant to use licensed contractors.
