 A proud Greensboro native, Scott brings deep local roots and a strong commitment to service into every real estate transaction. With 14 years of corporate facilities experience across laboratory, office, and manufacturing environments, he successfully transitioned into real estate and quickly rose to become the #3 Agent at Keller Williams One (Greensboro) in 2024.

Scott also dedicated 16 years as a volunteer Firefighter and EMT and served several years as Chair of the Guilford County Local Emergency Planning Committee (GC LEPC), where he helped local businesses with emergency preparation, contingency planning, and regulatory compliance. Today, he serves as Chair of the Merchants of Oak Ridge, supporting local business development and community growth.

Family is everything to Scott. He and his wife, Cherilyn, along with their children, proudly call Oak Ridge, NC home. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s mountain biking, hiking, or camping with his family.
