Cody has deep roots in High Point and a genuine appreciation for the community, its people and its continued growth. He works with clients to meet a variety of commercial real estate needs including property sales, leasing, and investments. With a strong understanding of the local market and an eye for opportunity, Cody helps clients identify opportunities that align with their goals. He is particularly interested in High Point’s continued growth, downtown revitalization, and the role commercial real estate can play in shaping the city’s future.

Outside of work, Cody enjoys spending time with his fiancée and daughter, participating in sporting clays tournaments, and volunteering with local organizations. He takes pride in being part of the High Point community and values the opportunity to build relationships and contribute to the place he has always called home.
